Terms & Conditions at "Little Music Lessons"

Dear Clients,

Thank you wholeheartedly for choosing "Little Music Lessons" and our teachers for yourself or your children. We work with great passion, care, attention, and an individual approach, putting in a lot of effort to achieve excellent results, create diverse programs, and ensure our students receive the very best from us.

Subscriptions

Our services are offered through single-session or long-term class cards, tailored to the course you have chosen. For more detailed information about specific lessons and conditions, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the phone numbers or platforms listed in the Contact section.
Lesson cards guarantee a student’s place on the scheduled days and times set by the organization for group courses, or for pre-arranged individual lessons between both parties.
Cards for individual lessons are valid for forty (40) days from the date of the first lesson. Within this period, you may use your allotted hours and make up any missed sessions-provided this is arranged in advance.

Children’s modules for ages 3 to 5 are conducted only if at least 4 children are enrolled in the specific class. If fewer children are registered, the class will be rescheduled for the next available session, as announced by the organization. Enrollment is only accepted until 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled class.
The Singing and Solfège Card is valid for one calendar month and includes one or two group sessions per week, depending on the program. Missed sessions are not made up, except in cases where more than 4 absences are excused. In such cases, the missed hours are deducted from the following month.

Absences

An absence without prior notice is considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. However, you may arrange an alternative time if you notify us within the following timeframes:

Up to 2 hours before a group lesson

Up to 4 hours before an individual lesson

If you do not notify us within these time limits, the session is considered completed and will not be made up.

Absences from our summer day program cannot be made up, but you may adjust your attendance preferences up to 24 hours in advance. If the group you wish to switch to is already full, you will need to select a different available time slot.

Discipline

During lessons, students are expected to follow classroom order, comply with teacher guidelines, and respect their instructions. Good manners are required, and students must take care of the instruments and property within the school. In case of intentional damage to any instrument or property, compensation will be required to cover the full cost of the repair.
Please be punctual for your scheduled or individually arranged lessons and adhere to the absence policy. Late arrivals are not compensated with additional time.
